Black SN750 NVMe has good read but lower (half) write speed?

Hello ,
i have set the bios for PCie gen 3 at x4 speed. the read speed is as advertised about 3200 mb/s read but the write speed is at 1800 mb/s

also the q32T1, 4kibQ818 … values looks low, i dont know what is the problem

Hey,

thanks for your help, that didnt work, i already disabled the link state power management of the PCI express.
