I hope you can help me with this issue:
I connect my WD to he computer via USB 3.0 port.
The computer open new drive (F:) and i cant enter to this drive.
when i am try to click (right left click) on F: drive - its just stacked until i removed the WD from USB port.
What i am already tried?
On windows 10, 7 and Linux CentOS
Freeze the WD for 2 hours
Any advise?
