Help
This is my backup and it stopped working. When I power it on the front light runs up and down than goes a dull solid but my computer running Win7 can’t find it. I have changed USB connected to my computer but still no good. I don’t use it a lot but need it now for old pictures that are stored on it. Is there any way I can retrieve my files?
