Hi Everyone here.

I have my device " WD My Book Essential " which is 1 TB and is for normal data storage. I “somehow” need to to make the device into a network shared device or NAS device where all data can be shared through network. It has a normal USB port but I may also need some sort of connection for example as a port connecting to RJ45 to a router and sharing it to network.

Please Assist As Possible.

This drive has been designed to be used attached to a computer trough USB. Network use is not supported. Lets see if any other user can share some information regarding this topic.
