User cannot access a folder they have access to

I have been trying to figure this out all day.

Edit: I’m using a My Cloud EX2 Ultra.

A user in our small business is trying to access a folder via network. It for some reason ask for her credentials, they are they same as she has saved, but we enter them nonetheless and she is denied. She only has the one profile, so we aren’t trying to use multiple on the same PC.

Here’s what I’ve done so far:

  1. As admin, I ensured her profile had full access via the cloud settings in browser.
  2. I tried logging her into My Cloud via the web browser, she oddly has access to that file there.
  3. I tried accessing the folder through other users who had permission, they got in no problem.
  4. I checked her access to other folders (she has full access to several folders), they all work.
  5. I created a new as a test folder. Gave her, another user, and myself permission to write. She cannot access that new folder either while the other user and myself can access it,
  6. Waste several hours researching and experimenting to no avail.

Someone, please help me.
