Cannot Access WD Ultra 2TB Drive

Please help. I stand to lose my data. All of it, at 2TB.

I accidentally tampered the root folder security settings deleting owners or groups settings, I left it with only creative owner or something. I cannot fully remember exactly. My problem is I cannot access my drive anymore.

What should I do?
