When trying to update today, it failed, with message “wd quick view setup.msi” and then said couldn’t delete old file and cancelled update. I searched my whole computer for the wd quick view setup.msi file, to no avail. also searched on the exernal drive. tried to reinstall the file from My Book and said a newer version was installed so it would not install. thanks in advance for your help!
