Unable to read password protected file on iPad

I’m unable to open a password protected excel file through My Cloud on my iPad. Error message: “The operation couldn’t be completed. (OfficeImportErrorDomain error 912.)”.

Does anyone can help?

Hi vivilo, can you open the same file if you try to open it directly from the iPad memory?
