Unable to format my micro SD card of 32 GB , suddenly showing 31 mb

I am unable to format my 32 GB memory card used for my Samsung Galaxy Tab … it is showing as “Windows was unable to format this drive”… trying from command prompt also… still failed … plz suggest if any body has any resolution …
