Hi i have purchaced a sandisk ultra 64gb micro sdxc of ebay, when i connected it to realplayer it says it has capacity 59.4gb. would that be correct for a 64gb card ? i did have a few videos which i recorded on a gopro 3 black and when i played the videos back through real player the video was real bad quality which got me looking into the memory card. i did a h2test the results were writing speed 8.42 mbyte and reading speed 16.9 which it is ment to be 30mb/s high speed.does this sound normal for this card ? or could it be a fake ? . Is there a way of checking the serial number ?

Depends on the card reader or device between the card and computer. Remember, a chain is only as strong as its weakest link. 
also videos from gopro hero 3 black are usually in a really high bit rate and most video players dont deal well with them. Try VLC i have found it does best playing back gopro vids.
