Tv wont recognise my wd passport essential 1 tb

TV WONT RECOGNISE ANY FILES ON MY WD PASSPORT ESSENTIAL.

I HAD IT REFORMATTED TO NTFS STILL DOES NOT RECOGNISE

PLS HELP

Hello,

I recommend you contact the TV manufacturer to get information about the supported formats on the TV. Some TVs only support drives that are formatted as FAT32.
