我于2023年第三方(非电商平台旗舰店)购买的西数SN570 2T SSD最近提示可靠性已降级，CrystalDiskInfo中提示严重警告(见图)
但是健康度还有100%，备用块余量也是100%，我不再能放心地将文件保存在这块硬盘中，购买这块硬盘的经销商我已经无法联系上，我不清楚这块硬盘是否满足闪迪的售后条件，以及如果满足的话我应该如何进行售后流程。
