The drive is not accessible error

Hello,

I have been using the WD My Passport Ultra 1TB portable hard drive for about 4 months now and every once in a while i get the error that the drive is not accessible and that the device is not ready.

will appreciate if someone can tell me what i am supposed to do now.

Hello,

Try to see if changing the USB cable helps, also try a different computer and USB port.
