I bought a My Passport Ultra a few years ago. How can I tell the size of the storage? Serial # starts with WX6. Thanks.
Serial numbers provide no information on the capacity on the hard drive
Model numbers almost always do

failing that … plug the drive into your PC and right click on it and select “Properties” which shows the total capacity and the capcity used.
