I have experienced the following 3 times: I walk across the room and touch my Fuze and get a static spark (new carpets recently). It happens when the Fuze is in the dock or connected to the cable and there’s a path to ‘ground’. The result is that the database updates (like a soft reset).
To avoid this I try to ground myself on something before I touch the Fuze
Anyone know whether this could break the fuze or if it’s protected somehow? Usually most electronics contain circuitry or the like to avoid breaking a device due to static.
