I dont know anything about how to save my files,pictures or anything else off my phone please help me out
I have exactly the same issue. I have googled and found some videos but I thought there would be a Sandisk pdf document to help me somewhere and I can’t find it. My thought is to maybe approach from your phone brand and look to see if there is stuff out there on how your phone can use Flash drives. That is what I am going to do for the Oppo I need to declutter. Good luck.
