Some photos transferred from my new iXpand drive to PC say "adjustment.plist" not jpg and won't open.

Did my first upload of photos from iPhone to my new iXpand Flash Drive Go. Then transferred them from the flash drive to my PC. But some of them cannot be opened because instead of being in a jpg format they all say “adjustment.plist.” How can I open them? Thanks

Sent flash drive back for a refund and ordered a Sunany drive instead. Easier to use at half the price
