I have a 2TB My Book external hd on my Mac. I purchased an additional 4TB external HD to add to my drives. I was in a hurry at installation of the 4TB and installed the software Smartware. During installation it told me to disconnect any hard drives I had and continue with installation. I didn’t do it thinking I could go back and fix it later. When I open the Smartware it recognizes the 2TB drive but not the 4TB. I have uninstalled all the software and unplugged all drives. I have rebooted, then plugged 4TB drive in and installed software but those initial instructions do not show up again. How can I get the Smartware to recognize the 4TB drive?
