I cannot delete any files off of my SSD drive. It stays on 0% complete. Just bought it brand new out of the box

Open Disk Management and try formatting the SSD. Keep in mind that this will erase all the data on it.

Open Command Prompt as an administrator and type
chkdsk X: /f
(replaceX
with the letter of your SSD) to check for errors. -
Ensure the SSD is formatted as NTFS or exFAT, which work best with Windows.

Go to Device Manager, find your SSD, right-click it, and choose Update driver

Open Command Prompt as an administrator, type
diskpart
, thenlist disk
, select your SSD, and typeattributes disk clear readonly
to remove any read-only settings.
If none of these steps help, the SSD might be defective, and you should reach out to the manufacturer for help or consider returning it.
