I deleted all my music, video, and picture files, but the player says out of 7.55gb of space, there is only 778mb free. there is nothing on it! what am i missing? I have connectied it to my computer and it says the same thing. I can’t find any files on it anywhere. why is so much space used up? and by what? any help or advice will be greatly appredciated. I am leaving on a cross country road trip in a week and really wanted to load this up with music to listen to in the car.
Format it and everything should be back to normal.
