Sansa Fuze replay Gain during song turns screen white and locks up player

I updated my firmware this past weekend to the latest version.  Tonight as I was listening to a song, I changed the EQ.  when I came out of the EQ settings, I noticed the Replay gain.  I clicked on it to see what it was.  My screen went completely white, the msuic stopped, and nothing happens now.  I can’t turn it off, it does not recognized by computer or AC Power.

In the Sticky thread on this forum called “Sansa Fuze Firmware update”, the very first post, says there is a known bug with replay gain in the current firmware, it suggests that you either roll back the firmware to the version that ends in .26 or that you turn off the replay gain.
