I have an old Sansa Fuze that’s been sitting idle for a few years now. I took it out of the drawer today , and I’ve since formatted it. It’s still functional, but it’s running firmware version 01.01.11A. I’ve tried using the Sansa Updater, but it “fail[s] to download files”. I then attempted the manual update process, but the player simply doesn’t respond after disconnecting. I’ve spent hours on this today and have found no resources to help.
I attempted updating it to 01.02.26, with no luck or suggestions for a solution.
Anyone have a similar issue that they resolved or a solution that may work?
