Sandisk Ultra 1TB issue

Hi guys,

I just bought a Sandisk Ultra 1TB and it doesn’t seem to work normal. it always says that file not supported. I tried to take it out and put it back in but it still doing the same thing. Hope someone could help.Thanks!
