SanDisk Professional G-DRIVE (18 TB) ticking sound

Hello, i have a problem with SanDisk Professional G-DRIVE (18 TB). First i had a ticking Sound all 2-3 Seconds. Then i replaced it under waranty. On the replaced G-Drive i had also a ticking sound all 5 seconds, and now the ticking sound is faster. But the drive isnt runing. So now i dont know if the second one is also bad? Or why it does this tick sound all 5 seconds?

There you can see Task manager, Disk isnt doing anything. And hear the ticking sound.

Could it be that the second drive is also bad?
