My Sandisk Mp3 doesn’t work, but it kinda does. I try to use it on my chromebook, but when I plug the USB in the chromebook and music player it just charges the music player. I understand that I might not be able to use a Chromebook to upload music if it doesn’t connect. While this may be a ‘not compatible’ situation, I have connected them before. Basically when I plug it in with a USB to my Chromebook it starts charging. sometimes it will connect, like it did this morning, but I don’t know how it does. I think I clicked the back button when it did but I tried that and pressed every other button. Any way to deal with this?
