Sandisk Industrial MLC or SLC

I’m wondering about the differences between Sandisk Industrial MLC (IX QD332) and SLC (IX QD334) micro sd cards. The brochure mentions the TBW number and in my application the lower one of MLC is ok. But are there any other differences, like robustness to power failure, error rates, etc?
