My SanDisk ImageMate Pro is not recognized by my iMac. It’s USB-C connected and the power light is on on the reader device. I can’t find the device in Finder. I’m running macOS Ventura 13.2.1. The iMac is a Retina 4K, 21.5-inch, 2017. I can see the device on the System Information USB menu. I’ve got the external disks checked in Finder settings. My Time_Machine_Backup external drive shows up on the desktop but not the SanDisk reader. The box lists it as being compatible with macOS. Is the reader really compatible with macOS? Is there a firmware update for the device?
