SanDisk Extreme PRO Portable SSD with USB4 (SDSSDE82) poor speed on B650E

Has anyone tested the SSD on a B650E board yet? I’m only getting USB 2.0 speeds here.

To address some questions right away:
Yes, I am using a USB4 cable.
Yes, I have also tested the second USB4 port.
Yes, I also tested the SSD on another PC. Here are all the results:
