SanDisk Extreme Plus 64GB MicroSDXC UHS-1 Class 10

Today I bought SanDisk Extreme Plus 64GB MicroSDXC UHS-1 Class 10 for my Samsung Galaxy S5. After I insert the card, I found out that the space is 59.47GB instead of 64GB. May I know is the card faulty?

Dear member of SanDisk Community, welcome.

There are approximately in all UFD, any brand and capacity, a portion of memory (~ 7%) not available to the user, which is used by the device’s internal software.
This, is advised, in very small print on the packaging.
