I have several Cruzer micro 16GB sticks.  They all work perfectly on one laptop - but not on another.  When I try to get files on the “malfunctioning” laptop (I don’t think there is any fault with the laptop - it just doesn’t like the Cruzer sticks - it is OK with other sticks) I don’t get the U3 icon or the password login box - instead I get an Adobe Photoshop Album Starter Edition page which tells me “This device does not contain any supported media”.  The computer can “see” the drive where the stick is in the USB socket - but when clicking on it to see files it tells me to “please insert a disk into the removable disk” - any ideas please.
