SanDisk Cruzer 16 GB

Hello, my 16GB SanDisk Cruzer indicates that I have well over 12 GB of data.  However, I can only access 7 files for a total of 16 MB.  I assume my files are cached or write protected, how can I access them?  I use both XP and Vista and have the same problem.

Well you either have files that are hidden, in which you need to change your Explorer options so you can see them, or your files are protected by Secure Access, in which case you need to run SecureAccess and enter your password.
