SanDisk Cruzer 128 GB formats at 32 GB - Where is SanDisk solution?

When re-formatting a 128 GB Cruzer USB Flash Drive, the only Windows 11 option is 32 GB – not 128.
Where is the SanDisk software to properly return the flash drive back to 128 GB?
Recommendations to a potentially virus laden or PUP application are not viable solutions.
SanDisk needs to provide a SanDisk / WD solution to the problem.

32 GB is the FAT32 limit. Format the drive as exFAT, which is the format it was originally.

And Windows 11 supports formatting as exFAT, no specialty software needed.
