I just received my Sandisk Clip Jam and I keep coming up with File system error on the player. I keep receiving the error that “windows is unable to format the drive” on my computer. Is there a quick fix for this issue?
Maybe the internal memory bank is not formatted correctly (needs to be FAT32). Does the player boot up correctly? If Yes, then try using the internal OS Format command.
Settings → System Settings → Format
What about access to the micro SD card? Is that working OK?
