Sandisk 64G class10 SD card format successfully but all files recovered automatically

I can delete files or transfer files to SD card, but after a while. it will recover back. Even I formated it several times on phone, on windows or use Format tools , all old files will still come back. copy and read files from it is fine. Now I have no idea of how to make it writeable. Any one can help?
