Sandisc Cruzer Glide 128GB only getting 114gb

Hello, I am getting only 114GB on my newly purchased Cruzer Glide 128GB drive. I know about the advertising part so 128GB should actually give me 119GB instead of 114GB. Can someone explain what is going on?

128000000000/1024/1024/1024 = 119GB.

I have the exact problem with my Sandisk Cruzer Ultra Flair 64 gb which has 2.80 Gb in it. And I format it everytime and still get 2.80Gb. That’s frustrating !

Sounds like your drive has been partitioned by some app and Windows can only see the 1st partition of removable drives.

See what the drive looks like in Disk Management.
