sandisc 32gb micro sd hc card not getting detected

Hi,

I purchased a 32 gb card and put it in my blackberry but it did not work. It gave me the message That the ‘formatting failed’.

Then I tried to use It with my karboom tablet but of no use here as well. 

Please help
