Runtime error

When installing software from disk that came with my "My Book live Duo 8 tertabyte get an error.

After step 1 of discovery -click countine botton- get the following error

"Runtime Error

Program:f:\ setup.exe

This application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusal way

Please contact support team."

How to I fix this?

Running Windows 7 64 bit

Try downloading and running the website version.

Mapping a drive letter on a WD Network hard drive using WD Discovery 

If this does not work then try to map the drive manually.
