After discovering My LIve Duo in the local network the installation fails as soon as I hit the continue button on the discoery screen. The installation routine tells me a runtime error occurred… Does anybody have an idea what could be wrong. Sorry for not being more specfic, but the text in the dialogbox doesnt show me more information.
I am using Windows 7 on my laptop to connect to WD.
Is this problem related to WD Link? You can setup the drive without using this software. To access to the MBL Dashboard you can type its IP address in your browser.
