Can anybody help, had to restore my PC to factory settings, want to restore data from my passport se, on the retrive screen it will not allow me to click on original locations any help would be appreciated
If Windows was reinstalled, SmartWare will detect it as a new computer, and will only give the option to retrieve to a “Retrieved Content Folder”, that by default will be placed in My Documents/Documents.
