Any help please. I tried to restore my windows 10 laptop from a 04/2019 backup on my Passport Drive. The WD software on the drive was outdated and the download from WD fails to work. I tried the restore program from the offline utilities on the Passport Drive and it ran but said I can’t restore because I didn’t have a backup plan. But that’s not true I know I had a successful backup from 04/2019. So I tried to create a new backup plan thinking it would allow me to select the restore I was looking for, but instead it redacted my old backup to today’s date 12/2020. I stopped it while it was still preparing the backup but had not yet started to overwrite it. Any way to restore this backup from 04/2019 which the software will not recognize? I know it is in there, the file size is approx 358,000kb so something is in there?
