Quick Drive and Complete test both failed

I had problems with my WD My Book Studio for MAC and my disk utility could not fix it.  I erased it, partitioned it and rand a quick drive test and complete test on the clean drive and it failed both tests.  What else can I do to find out what is wrong?  Is it toast?

It it failed both test then you’ll need to replace the drive.
