Please help me. I have a western digital my book 500. When I plug it in the wall and the laptop the blue light blinks of and on and my laptop seems to not read … I am just wondering what is wrong with it. Please help me thanks
Check Disk Management to see if the drive is seen…
You might have a corrupt partition…
You can try a different cable and connecting the dirve to a wall outlet if connected to a surge protector
