Problem with WD My Cloud Desktop For Mac

Hello. The WD My Cloud Desktop for Mac software blocks at the beginning of the installation. I am running on Mac OS 10.8.5

The installer asks if I want to install for all users of this computer, but it is grayed out and I can not select anything.

Hello FreeMac.  Do you still see this problem if you click on the “Go Back” button on this screen and then the “Continue” button on the previous screen again?
