Problem to Unlock Drive - My Passport Ultra

I just bought 1 TB WD My Passport Ultra. After setting a password for my WD, then I restart my computer. After that, I can’t Unlock Drive otherwise I already type the correct password.

Is there a problem with password protecting in WD Passport Ultra ???

Hello,

Make sure you are typing the correct password. If the drive does not unlock you will have to erase it (format it) in order to delete the security.
