Hi please i need your help i received My Passport Ultra from my uncle. But when i try to use this on my computer it can’t be recognize how will i fix this? Kindly help me please thanks and God bless

Reformat it.

By the way sir i can’t also reformat my external hard drive because it says that can’t be recognize
