Playlist Title Limit?

Last night something strange happened when I put a playlist title with songs on my clip. After I disconnected and checked the playlist to see if the title and songs were there, which they were, I noticed another playlist title I had on before was now empty with it’s songs. The songs were there in the music folder, and were in the artist title, but not the playlist title. I resynced with my computer and put the title again on my clip. When I checked the title again, it now had songs but another playlist title was empty. After farting around and being frustrated for about an hour, I came to the conclusion that the clip can only hold so many playlist titles with songs. I deleted some of the playlist titles that had artist titles anyway, and sure enough, the emply playlist titles can back. Has anyone had that experience, or know if the clip is limited?
