PC windows 10 doesnt recognize WD Elements 1TB

Hello, i bought a WD element 1TB, 1 month ago and sudenly my PC does not recognize the External Drive.

Disk manager doesnt show anything when i connect the drive on the USB port (no sound too), i tried all USB ports btw. However it works fine on anyother PC or Mac i ve tried.
I did a check for all possible updates.
On the other hand the small white light on the WD Elements drive is constantly “ON” and the disk is spinning.
I red many issues about WD Elements external HD on windows 10 but this is something not close to any other.

Any ideas how can i start doing something before i sell it… cause i have a perfect NEW WD Elements 1 TB external i can not use :confused: thank you!!
