I’ve got a WD Passport of some kind - had it about a year or so. Anyhow, it keeps backing up the same files repeatedly, and of course it’s full now! I’m not sure what I’ve done to cause this to happen. I tried to erase the drive and start over, but it won’t let me because it says some applications are using the drive. I’ve closed everything I’ve got running except the WD Drive Utilities software and it’s still refusing to do anything. Thanks for any help you can give me! BTW, I’m running Windows 10.
