Can I use my passport essential on two computers (home and office) which hold the same files and will it automatically back up the home computer after being used and storing changes from the office computer.
I have backed up one computer and when I use the software to locate the files I have to go thought several levels, computer name, C, User, documents - is this normal.

It sounds like you could use a sync program , or a backup program with that feature. I’m not to familiar with the sync part. What are you using now for backup software? Basicaly you want to copy data from office PC to external then make home PC the same right?
