was working with 2tb passport that showed as a 1.9tb in computer window as a est-usbusb was working with is to restart windows on diff pc deleted files on it installed windows 10 recovery file .
removed windows file reinstalled wg software files that were saved to desk top now when i look at it in the windows set up window or control panel it only show it as 31.6 gb in size how do i get it back to 2tb. if i look at passport property shows 1.9 tb capacity but on show 32mb in size how do iestort it back to 2tb thank you for ant help
delete all partitions and reformat.
sounds like windows recovery formatted and created a FAT32 partition as 32GB is the Maximum size windows can format a drive in FAT32.
